  • IF YOU REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE - YOU MUST COMPLETE THE 2 STEP CERTIFICATION/RECERTIFICATION PROCESS.

IF YOU ACTIVATE THE ONLINE COURSE YOU ARE ISSUED AND FAIL TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS WITH ZSFG, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ONLINE COURSE KEY YOU WERE ISSUED. ($29)

The BLS Skills Verification course is offered on the below days and at the below location:

  • Required: Please bring a hard copy of your BLS Online course certificate to your skills verification appointment


The BLS certification course consists of two parts.


  • Part 1 will be completed on-line and consists of the didactic and testing portions of the course. The on-line portion of the course should take from 30 to 90 minutes

Within 5 business days of completing this registration form, you will receive an e-mail and course key that will explain how to access the course through the American Heart Association's website. Once you finish the online portion of the course, print out the certificate of completion and attend one of the monthly skills verification. If you have not received your key within 5 business days, please contact Antonio Naguait at 415-206-4529.

  • Part 2 is the live skills verification. Skills verification should take about 60 minutes (depending on class size).


We will do everything possible to process requests for course keys up until the day of class. However, we highly recommend that you register at least one and a half weeks prior to the date of the class to ensure ample time to receive and complete the course.
